Shiny blue bits and polished coppery

No, this is not Elle Deco or something similar. Seriously, I am loving this combination and couldn't resist to share it in the Fab blog. Ladies and gents, this year is all about bright & beautiful blue. In the photos, a speedy dress from a shopping attack during January sales (when else?), a shell from Camusdarach beach in the highlands, a sacred beetle from the Valley of the Nile, and a cat porcelain figurine from … far away. 

People say, if you spend the last day of the year in a place, then, the rest of the following year will be exactly where you spend it. I am not sure if I am going to spend NYE in this place, but this one's to blame.
